Hiring the In-home Caregiver will require a thorough background check and a process of interviewing potential candidates.

In order to locate an appropriate individual to care for your loved one, our Care Managers assist with screening potential candidates based on professional experience and training, background checks and personality traits.

We have a pool of highly experienced potential candidates who specialize in caring for the aged.

After the placement of the In-home Caregiver

Following the placement of an In-home Caregiver with your loved one, we can provide the following services:

• supervise the Home Aide
• monitor the progress of the older adult
• assist in bridging the gap between the older adult and his/her caregiver

When it is possible, we will encourage family members to serve as an additional system of support for the older adult.
